Job Offer: Senior Project Manager SoC Design


To strengthen our international team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead complex ASIC design development projects from concept to delivery.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary SoC/ASIC development projects, ensuring successful delivery with regards to scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including mixed-signal, digital, PnR, DFT, verification, and test engineers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams, management, and external stakeholders or customers.
  • Review, interpret, analyze and challenge customer Request for Quotation (RfQ) and translate them into clear project goals, specifications, and work packages.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, milestones, and risk analyses, and ensure transparent project communication.
  • Drive structured project governance, regular status reporting, and risk management.
  • Support the continuous improvement of design and project management processes and contribute to organizational learning.
  • Assist management in resource planning, recruitment, and mentoring of junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management within semiconductor or SoC/ASIC development.
  • Broad understanding of the IC development lifecycle (concept, design, verification, layout, test, qualification, production).
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional and/or distributed engineering teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and hands-on way of working.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Team-Player

Good to have:

  • Technical background in one of the typical ASIC design areas is beneficial.
  • Experience in automotive or other high-reliability applications.
  • PMP, IPMA, or comparable project management certification.Structured, proactive, and hands-on way of working.

Employment Type:

Full-time (up to 40 hours per week)
