Job Offer: Team Lead Physical Implementation
Join our growing team in Frankfurt/Main as team lead physical implementation. In this role, you will support project planning, contribute to the physical design methodologies and lead a team of physical design engineers.
Job Description:
- Lead a local team of physical design engineers and support organizational topics at the Frankfurt/Main site
- Support project planning
- Communicate closely with internal and external development partners
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of physical design methodologies and flows
- Hands-on work in RTL2GDS
Requirements:
- University degree (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in RTL2GDS in VLSI design of ASICs/SOCs
- Understanding of RTL basics and mixed-signal integrated electronics
- Professional English and German language communication skills
- Hands-on experience with EDA tools like Synthesis, Place&Route, STA and PV
- Knowledge on state-of-the-art technology nodes
- Open and proactive communication
- Experience in employee management
- Strong problem solving and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management
- Experience in development, documentation and enforcement of design methodology
