Job Offer: Team Lead Physical Implementation

Join our growing team in Frankfurt/Main as team lead physical implementation. In this role, you will support project planning, contribute to the physical design methodologies and lead a team of physical design engineers.

Job Description:

  • Lead a local team of physical design engineers and support organizational topics at the Frankfurt/Main site
  • Support project planning
  • Communicate closely with internal and external development partners
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of physical design methodologies and flows
  • Hands-on work in RTL2GDS

Requirements:

  • University degree (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field 
  • 8+ years of experience in RTL2GDS in VLSI design of ASICs/SOCs
  • Understanding of RTL basics and mixed-signal integrated electronics
  • Professional English and German language communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with EDA tools like Synthesis, Place&Route, STA and PV
  • Knowledge on state-of-the-art technology nodes
  • Open and proactive communication
  • Experience in employee management
  • Strong problem solving and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in development, documentation and enforcement of design methodology
