Celebrating Milestones Together!

This year, we’re celebrating the 10th anniversary of both Daniel Sausner and Fabian Pilz at Racyics. They were the 10th and 11th employees to join our team, and now, a decade later, they’ve both grown into senior engineers within our Physical Implementation line.

Fabian started as an intern and is now working as Senior Staff Physical IC Design Engineer and Team Lead. In this short interview, Fabian reflects on his journey and his growth within the company over the past decade.
