Racyics ABX achieving World Record energy efficiency at IEEE COOL Chips 23

Tokyo − April 15, 2020 −
Racyics presents the latest silicon results of the ABX platform IP at the IEEE Symposium on Low-Power and High-Speed Chips and Systems (COOL Chips 23). Using our Reverse-Body-Bias solution a World Record energy efficiency of 6.3µW/MHz has been achieved for an Ultra-Low voltage Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor.
