Racyics enabling ABX IP platform for cryogenic operations 

Racyics® is contributing to Quantum-Classical Interface microchips within the collaborative QSolid project!

We are thrilled to announce that our team taped out a test chip in GlobalFoundries® 22FDX® technology for characterizing our very own Racyics ABX® IP Platform at Hashtag#cryogenic temperatures below 4K (-269°C / -452°F) ❄️​

Results will enable complex digital systems with least power to work reliably and predictably at cryogenic temperatures. This is an important step in interfacing quantum processors to classical CMOS technology, required to control, manipulate and readout quantum bits at scale.​

The test chip as well as subsequently more enhanced ICs, will be measured at Forschungszentrum Jülich. We are grateful for the support from BMBF – Grant No. 13N16165, which has made this innovative project possible. ​
