Technische Universität Dresden, The University of Manchester, Racyics, and GlobalFoundries, today announced the tapeout of the SpiNNaker2 chip, a new artificial intelligence chip inspired by the human brain. SpiNNaker2 is a real-time neuromorphic AI processor with unparalleled efficiency and below millisecond latency for event-based systems utilizing Racyics adaptive body bias IP platform ABX®.
