ABX enables ultra-low-power retention of only 3.2 uW

Our close collaboration with the Highly-Parallel VLSI Systems and Neuro-Microelec­tronics Chair at Technische Universität Dresden advances the state-of-the-art in low-power MCUs for IoT by using the Racyics ABX® IP platform. The platform uses adaptive body biasing to realize ultra-low voltage operation.

The Hashtagchip combines high energy efficiency and robust operation across all corners with ultra-low-power retention of only 3.2 uW.
