EuroPAT Workshop+ ESTC

We were excited to participate in the 3rd EuroPAT Workshop and the following 10th IEEE Electronics System-Integration Technology Conference from September 09. – 13., in Berlin, with an informative presentation held by our colleague Michael Dittrich.

This event explored the challenges and opportunities within the European manufacturing and supply chain for semiconductor packaging, assembly, and testing.
