The Racyics ABX Platform for GlobalFoundries 22FDX® technology enables ultra-low voltage operation down to 0.4V by means of adaptive body biasing (ABB), compensating for process, voltage and temperature (PVT) variations to ensure reliable and consistent performance. This exemplarily results in up to 9x performance increase and up to 75% leakage current reduction for ULV conditions, where logic designs at Minimum-Energy-Point are implemented.
