Sebastian Höppner, Director IP at Racyics, presented latest silicon results of the ABX platform at the 45th European Solid-State Circuits Conference in Kraków, Poland. The Arm Cortex-M4F MCU in GLOBALFOUNDRIES 22FDX® technology with 84kB SRAM and 100MHz performance achieved an overall power consumption as low as 6.88µW/MHz at 0.50V. The key to this is Racyics ABX solution, which enables robust implementation at ultra-low-voltages down to 0.40V. The Racyics ABX platform IP is available to GLOBALFOUNDRIES 22FDX® customers.
