Racyics TechDay 2026

On 24 June 2026, we hosted our annual Racyics TechDay at our Dresden office, welcoming around 120 colleagues from across our locations. As an internal event, the TechDay brings together experts from different teams and sites to share knowledge, present current work, and exchange ideas beyond day-to-day project work.
This year’s program featured 32 presentations by our engineers, covering topics ranging from low-power silicon design and verification to DFT, AI-driven approaches, and smarter design flows. The sessions offered valuable insights into current developments at Racyics and created opportunities for technical discussions, interdisciplinary exchange, and new perspectives across teams.
The poster session by our working students and graduates added another important part to the program. It gave colleagues the opportunity to learn more about ongoing projects, discover fresh ideas, and engage in conversations with the next generation of engineers at Racyics.
A special highlight was honoring great contributions in various categories with stunning 3D-printed trophies modeled after an XNOR gate from our 22FDX® Standard Cell Library. The awards recognized the effort and expertise put into the presentations and poster sessions and added a memorable moment to the TechDay program.
After a full and inspiring day, we rounded off the event with our annual summer party. With delicious food and great conversations across teams, it was a wonderful opportunity to connect, unwind, and celebrate together.
