makeChip selected for EU Chips Design Platform

the makeChip platform has been selected as a Design Enablement Team (DET) under the EU Chips Act. This recognition positions makeChip as a central industrial access point to the European Chips Design Platform (EuroCDP).
This achievement highlights the strength of our platform and the work of our teams. Through this role, makeChip will support start-ups, SMEs and research organizations across Europe in accessing advanced chip design capabilities. Within the EuroCDP framework, users can receive up to 70 percent public funding covering design enablement services, EDA tools, IP licenses and prototyping costs.
makeChip provides a cloud-based, production-proven chip design environment with access to professional EDA tools, validated design flows, PDKs, IP, as well as foundry, packaging and test services. The platform supports projects from early development stages through to volume production.
Since its launch in 2017, makeChip has enabled more than 40 successful tape-outs across 28nm, 22nm FDSOI and 12nm technologies.
